Amongst their extensive product range are a number of excellent camp ovens. Specifically manufactured to withstand the rigours of outdoor cooking on open fires, these ovens will provide many years of service; with proper care, these camp ovens will last more than one lifetime.
Many of these camp ovens have been pre-seasoned at the Lodge foundry so you can use them straight out of the box, washing and caring for it as if you had seasoned it yourself. The Lodge pre-seasoning process eliminates the time and effort of seasoning your new camp oven and it will look and perform better than if you seasoned it yourself.
The ovens come with short legs and a rimmed lid to hold the coals when you are baking. The high quality manufacturing process ensures there are no 'hot spots' as occurs in the cheaper imported camp ovens, these ovens will generate even temperartures ensuring your damper or roast dinner will turn out just right every time.
For a small additional cost we can also supply a protective cover for your camp oven. These padded covers are custom made for Lodge camp ovens and are made from heavy duty black polyester. They have self healing zippers and double padded bottoms. The ideal way to protect your camp oven and to keep your vehicle and other camping equipment clean.
