Camerons Products (based in Colorado Springs in the USA) are a supplier of high quality stainless steel cookware and accessories.

Our initial Camerons product line includes a range of food smoking products together with an extensive range of previously expensive and hard to find wood chip products for use in your covered BBQ, existing fish smoker or one of the new Camerons smokers.

  • Camerons Li'l Smokey - a smaller version of the stovetop smoker, designed to be used outdoors, comes complete with a special base and burner. Ideal for the fisherman, great for those smoked trout!!
  • Camerons BBQ smoke box - designed to take BBQ chips and to be used in your Weber covered kettle or BBQ with a canopy or cover.

The Camerons Stovetop Smoker infuses delicious smoked flavor into meat, seafood, and vegetables right on your stovetop. Smoke-cooking is a healthy way to infuse flavor without the use of fats, salts or oils and that means no added calories either! Cooking with the Stovetop Smoker retains moisture and natural cooking flavors so foods don't dry out or get tough. Camerons Smoker also doubles as a steamer, so you really get two great cookers in one product. Large items can be smoked as well by simply making an aluminum foil tent to cover the item when you cook it, instead of using the smoker lid. Convenient fold-away handles never get hot. Camerons Li'l Smokey is made with heavy-duty stainless steel and can be used on the stovetop or outdoors using gel fuel, a campfire or a gas burner. Includes a stand, methoburner, and a nonstick rack. Li'l Smokey is the same as Camerons Gourmet Mini Smoker except with a special base to hold the smoker so that it can smoke and cook using a can of gel fuel as the heat source. The sides of the base keep wind from blowing out the flame. Instructions and recipes are also included. Great for camping or backpacking. Dishwasher safe. Dimensions: 28cm x 18cm.

Designed to be used in Weber style covered BBQs and BBQs with a cover or canopy. The Camerons Barbecue Smoke Box is the perfect way to add a full, smoky flavor to fish, steak, ribs, chicken and more. Simply slide the smoke box open and fill with water soaked wood chips. Place the bbq smoke box on your grill and begin cooking when smoke appears.

Smoke will last approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
